Connect Battery positive cable to Post A on Ford style solenoid.
Connect another battery size cable from the big post on the starter solenoid to the Post C of Ford solenoid.
Connect the wire that originally went to the 'S' terminal on the starter solenoid (usually purple) to the Post B (or 'S') on Ford solenoid.

On the starter you need to make a jumper wire:


Use at least a 12 guage wire, preferably 10 guage wire, from the big post on the solenoid to the 'S' terminal on solenoid.

Your starter is now ready to use.
